Returns. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be in their original condition and packaging.

How to start. Email us with your order number and the reason, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds. Once your return is approved, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item. If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, email us a photo or a short video and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund—your choice.
